Scarisbrick Marina

The new marina is located to the west of Scarisbrick Bridge 27A on the A570 Southport Road in Scarisbrick set in beautiful countryside between the seaside town of Southport and the market town of Ormskirk. The marina enjoys access to the canal with over 20 miles of lock free cruising on the Leeds Liverpool Canal. There moorings for up to 200 boats, with all modern facilities and a family run Coffee Shop and Tea Room.

After six and a half years living on a narrowboat on England's inland waterways, Paul and his wife Cynthia wandered Europe by motorhome during the winter, and on the Dutch and French waterways in the warmer months on their 35' Dutch motor cruiser. However, the pull of England's muddy ditches proved too much for them. Now they're back where they belong, constantly stuck in mud in a beautiful traditional narrowboat.
