No there isn’t. The best that you can do to establish ownership is ask the person who’s selling the boat to provide you with documents to do with the boat; license paperwork, documentation from the builder if they’re the first owner, repair bills and receipts for capital expenditure. Either that or go to a broker who should have done all the checks on your behalf.

The nearest you can get to a boat register is on Jim Sheads’s site here
It doesn’t provide the information you want but may nevertheless be useful. Its also presently nearly a year out of date as its only updated once a year.
