I received an email from Tony McMaster of Barby Moorings this morning…
“We did have to suspend work for a while before Christmas, then ground conditions, with all the rain, were so bad the contractors machines are not be able to get on. So I will have to wait until it dries out a bit. Hope to re-start in the next two weeks. The plan is now to be operational and open on to the canal by March-April. At this time moorings will be serviced with electrical power and water. Waste sluice, pump out and diesel services will be available from the service quay. The main building with all associated services, restaurant, bar, shops, etc. will be completed in by late spring.”
